Strukt Proto LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the TradeSpec AI mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and selected trade and jurisdiction preferences.
Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the App, including code queries, calculator usage, and feature access patterns.
Voice and Photo Data: If you use voice or photo query features (Pro), audio recordings and images are transmitted to our servers for processing and are not stored after the query is complete.
Subscription Data: We process subscription transactions through Apple's App Store. We receive transaction confirmation data but do not have access to your payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the App's code reference and calculator features
- To process your AI code queries with jurisdiction-specific context
- To manage your account and subscription
- To maintain query history for your reference
- To improve the accuracy and quality of our responses
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Query history is retained for your use and can be reviewed within the App. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed within 30 days.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud infrastructure, AI processing (Bedrock), and data storage
- Apple App Store: Subscription payment processing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the App
- Update or correct your account information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Export your query history
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email.
